First workout of cut proper; accidentally forgot to eat before I headed to the gym. Shitty lifts, but I’m tired and stressed out and feeling like crap (TMI time — shark week has come two weeks early and I am very, very displeased about this state of affairs). Did some sprints, though! Shit was pretty fun. Walked off the track feeling like I could’ve done more, but kept getting stapled by weights I knew I could handle in the weight room. What the hell.
1640 cals, but I ate like crap over the past two days thanks to all-nighters and being stuck in the library. Workout link.
